Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and AgentOrb (“we”), which runs app.agent-orb.com. By creating an account or using AgentOrb you agree to them. If you use AgentOrb for a team or company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- You sign in through a third-party account such as Discord. Keep it secure; you’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at support@agent-orb.com if you think someone else is using your account.
Your content
You own what you create in AgentOrb. You give us permission to store, copy, display and process it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with, for example saving versions or showing it to your workspace. We don’t claim ownership of it.
You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to anything you upload. Workspace owners and admins control who can see and edit a workspace’s projects.
Acceptable use
Don’t use AgentOrb to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including copyright and privacy;
- harass, threaten or harm others, or share content that sexualises minors;
- send spam or malware, or abuse invites and notifications;
- try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security or limits of the service;
- resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing. Paid plans add more, as described when you upgrade.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, per workspace, monthly or as shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees aren’t refundable except where the law requires.
- If we change prices, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before the change affects you.
- If a payment fails or you downgrade, a workspace over its new limits becomes read-only for the extra items until it’s back within them. We don’t delete your work for that reason.
Changes and availability
AgentOrb is under active development. We may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it running smoothly and back it up, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose; you can download project versions at any time.
Ending your use
You can stop using AgentOrb and delete your account at any time (in Settings, or by asking us). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to by law. If we shut AgentOrb down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your work.
Disclaimers and liability
AgentOrb is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where AgentOrb is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a dispute elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and tell signed-in users before the change takes effect. Continuing to use AgentOrb after that means you accept the new terms.
