Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account. When you sign in with Discord (or Google, once offered) we receive your account id, username, display name, avatar and, if the provider shares it, your email address. We never see your password.
• What you make. Projects, cards, notes, decisions, votes, comments, images you upload, and the history of changes to them, along with who made each change and when.
• Workspace details. Workspace names, members and their roles, invites, and your plan.
• Discord settings. If you connect Discord notifications, the Discord user or channel we message and your notification preferences.
• Technical data. Basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, errors) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

Why we use it

• To run AgentOrb: sign you in, show your workspaces, save your work and keep its history.
• To send the notifications you turn on, such as Discord messages about cards assigned to you.
• To send account and service notices, such as receipts, failed payments and security messages.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To understand overall usage (for example, how many people signed up this week) so we can improve the product.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember small preferences such as light or dark mode. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who processes it

We use a few service providers to run AgentOrb. They handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Vercel: hosting and server logs.
• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Discord: sign-in and, if you turn them on, notifications.
• Google: sign-in, once offered.
• Our payment provider: billing for paid plans, once offered. We never store card numbers.

These providers may store data in the United States or other countries.

Who can see your work

Your projects are visible to the members of the workspace they belong to, according to their roles. Workspace owners and admins manage who has access. We access your content only when needed to run, support or secure the service, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is active. Deleted items and older versions are kept for the history window your plan includes, then removed. You can delete your account yourself in Settings, or ask us at support@agent-orb.com; we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons. Content you made in a shared workspace may stay with that workspace, shown without your personal details.

Your choices and rights

• Edit your profile in your account settings.
• Leave a workspace, or delete a workspace you own, from workspace settings.
• Turn Discord notifications off at any time.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@agent-orb.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we’ll honour them.

Children

AgentOrb is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date at the top and tell signed-in users before the change takes effect.
