Roles, invites and plans
Five roles per workspace, invite links, and what Free and Pro include.
A workspace has owners, admins, editors, commenters and viewers. Editors change the board; admins approve proposals, invite people and change settings; owners also manage billing. Invite from Settings → Members & invites with a link that sets the role.
Plans
Free is one project, two agents and three people. Pro is unlimited projects and agents, up to 15 people, Discord DMs and the team channel, and a year of version history, billed per workspace ($20 a month or $200 a year), never per person or agent. More than 15 people, single sign-on, or an agent on your own hardware is by conversation. Billing lives in Settings → Plan & billing; payments go through Stripe.
