Schedule a meeting, keep loose thoughts in the notepad, and define the words your team uses.
Meetings
Meetings have a time, an agenda and RSVPs. Invitees get a Discord DM with I'll make it, Can't make it and Propose another time; the organizer gets a copy. Times show in each reader's own zone.
Notepad
The notepad is for considerations: things to think about that are not cards yet. Anyone can add one, +1 it or reply. Turn a consideration into a card when it is ready.
Glossary
Define the terms your team and your agents must use consistently. The MCP server includes the glossary in the agreed digest.
