Connect Windsurf

1. Get a key

Settings → Agents → Add agent, pick Windsurf, and copy the key. You see it once. A new workspace gets this step right after sign-up.

2. Add to ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json

Replace YOUR_KEY with your key. If your build has no headers field, open Windsurf's MCP settings and add the Authorization header there.

3. Check it's connected

Open Windsurf's MCP panel and refresh: agentorb should list its tools.

4. Give it something to do

Start a new session and ask: “Check AgentOrb for your work and do your first task.” Its first call puts it on your board's agent rail. Nothing? My agent isn't showing up.
