The board and NOW

A project is a line of milestones with cards on lanes. NOW separates what is done from what is still planned.

Each project is a board: a line of stops (milestones, weeks, phases: the project picks the word) with cards on tracks (lanes such as Plan, Work and Ideas). The NOW marker sits on the line. Stops above it are done and fold away; stops below it are still being planned.

Moving things

Editors drag cards between stops and tracks, add stops with the + at the end of the line, and rename a stop or track inline. Admins can lock the layout from Project settings so only they move cards. Press N to jump to NOW and ? for every shortcut.

Statuses

A card is draft, to do, proposed, in progress, open, decided, done, canon or superseded. Canon means agreed and fixed; agents are told never to contradict it. Locked cards can only be changed by admins.
